Startup of the Week: Soluto

Israeli company Soluto has created a desktop app that helps people with limited IT know-how to solve problems with their PC by following crowdsourced recommendations showing what other people did when faced with the same situation. The system -- which describes itself as "anti-frustration software" -- proactively alerts the PC user if problems arise and improvements can be made. Soluto also allows more tech savvy individuals to monitor PCs for friends and family, and fix problems remotely even if the PC in question is turned off. Wired.co.uk caught up with CEO Tomer Dvir.
